Awards of 2024

In partnership with The Burton Family Foundation (BFF), the Greater Green Valley Community Foundation (GGVCF) awards $110,000 to 32 community partners. Both Foundation’s invested $55,000 equally to the grant round. This is the second year BFF has purposefully directed funding through the I-19 corridor of communities from Sahuarita to Sonora, Mexico in collaboration with GGVCF. These grants support a wide range of programs impacting our region. While we are proud to recognize these grantees in the community, it is their achievements that should be celebrated.

Additionally, BFF selected 13 nonprofit organizations from the grant round providing supplemental awards totaling $38,000.

Last year, BFF awarded more than $11.5 million to 90 nonprofits throughout the state, nearly half of which were awarded to organizations serving rural communities in Arizona.
